A Carousel Is a Story, Not a Pile of Pictures

Our studio posted a furniture restoration as a carousel, with each image showing a different stage of the work. I want to save a copy for an internal presentation, but random file names would make it easy to put the finished chair before the repair photos. Some slides also need the caption to make sense because the image alone does not explain which material we used. How would you turn an Instagram carousel into an orderly local reference? I am looking for a method that preserves the sequence without spending half an afternoon renaming files and reconstructing the story.

I would assign the post a short project name and number the images according to their position before importing them into the presentation. Keep the caption as a separate text note, then add your own brief labels only where the audience needs context. Do not rely on the order in which files happen to appear in a folder, since sorting by name or modification time can change it. After import, compare the slide sequence with the original post. The goal is to retain the logic of the restoration, including the less dramatic middle stages that explain how the finished result was reached.

Create one folder for the carousel and keep its source link in the caption note. Numbering the images at the start will save repeated sorting later. I would also mark any image that needs extra explanation before it enters the presentation. SnapInsta contains plenty of useful information about photo downloads and carousel options. Read those details, then choose the form that suits your presentation work. Open the saved items and compare their sequence with the post before arranging the slides. Keeping the pictures and context together will make this a reusable project record rather than a folder someone else has to interpret from scratch
