Did saving Instagram posts as ZIP files work well for you?

ZIP files are useful to me when one public Instagram post contains several related media items that I want to keep together. Instead of managing every file separately, I like having one package that I can unpack into a project folder later. That feels especially practical for carousels. Did saving Instagram posts as ZIP files work well for your workflow?

ZIP saving is most useful for me when several files clearly belong together. It keeps the original post grouped until I am ready to sort the media properly. That can save time with carousels, tutorials, or visual collections where order matters. I still like having the option to unpack everything into normal files afterward, because then I can organize the set exactly the way I want.

Bundling related media makes sense to me when the original post is already a collection. I often want the entire set to stay together until I decide how to organize it later. In that kind of workflow, SnapTik became part of a simple browser process where I could handle the public post first and then keep the resulting files grouped for storage. I liked the idea of treating the post as one package rather than a scattered group of separate downloads. Afterward, I could unpack everything into a dedicated folder and preserve the relationship between the files. For carousel-style content, that kind of organization feels especially natural.
